OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

FABRIC & LEATHER

RESIDENTIAL FURNITURE CLEANING

Whether for your dining room or your living room, these are the two most used places in your home. Whether alone, with family or with friends, we spend many moments sitting on our sofas or our kitchen chairs. The dirt, sweat, body fat or hair of our pets leaves traces sometimes invisible to detect but present that permeates our furniture over time. Good cleaning and protection are the key to a healthy lifestyle.

CARSEAT CLEANING

We take our vehicle very often and over time we accumulate dirt, dust, body fat, food stain and much more if we have children! A little damage can happen so fast! Unfortunately we rarely take the time to clean it well, so stains and dirt get stuck in the material. It is therefore important to thoroughly clean and protect your seats and carpets to prevent these stains from becoming permanently encrusted.

CARPET CLEANING

Your carpet deserves to be maintained. Do not forget that we walk on it all day long and the accumulation of dirt and dust multiplies in an impressive way. Cleaning your carpet will lengthen its lifespan.

MATTRESS CLEANING

Our mattress is certainly the place where we spend the most time, in fact a third of our life. It is very important for our health to make sure we sleep on a clean mattress. We all know that mites, these small insects that multiply by a hundred at breakneck speed. The more dirt there is, the more there will be. Proper cleaning and protection will help eliminate the spread of these unwanted little beasts.

CLEANING METHOD, STAIN TREATMENT AND MAINTENANCE

FABRIC

Our fabric cleaning technique is done with an extraction machine which includes three stages. The first step is to spray the fabric with our eco-friendly, non-toxic, deodorant furniture soap with mint flavor. The second step is to brush the fabric to dislodge the most stubborn stains as well as dust, mites and any accumulation of body fat. As for the last step, we vacuum any soap and dirt residue using our vacuum cleaner specially designed for this purpose.

LEATHER

Our method to clean leather is to apply with a soft cloth a high quality cleaning cream that will remove body fat, dust and stains and dirt from daily use.

ANTI-STAIN TREATMENT AND MAINTENANCE

FABRIC

Anti-stain treatment is the last step to maintain the fabric. A light mist of our product will be sprayed on the furniture to give it optimal protection which will make any liquid damage pearl. In the case of accidental damage, a simple damp cloth will suffice to absorb everything, which will return it to its initial appearance. Our odorless, non-toxic water-based stain contains several additives:

An ultraviolet absorbent: This unique ultraviolet additive helps to delay discoloration due to tissue deterioration. Our stain-resistant product delays yellowing.

Additive against mold: The stain-resistant product contains an additional preservative whose contact acts immediately on micro-organisms, thus reducing the presence of fungi.

Teflon additive: This is the most important because it waterproofs the fabric of your furniture.

LEATHER

The hydrating maintenance treatment is the last step to maintain leather. A nourishing moisturizer will be applied using a soft cloth, which will give flexibility and protection to your leather, thus preventing cracking, discoloration and tearing of it. Well maintained, leather can last a very long time. Periodic maintenance is recommended. Maintenance, such as vacuuming and removing stains (as you go) with a damp cloth, plus rehydration at least annually, are all important parts of the maintenance of your leather furniture.
